Integration Package
1 on 1 Nutrition Coaching designed to be integrated into your regular workout schedule. A few sessions with a Private
Nutritionist can provide you with the knowledge needed to maximize your workouts and obtain your ideal weight or body
shape. After booking your coaching session you will be emailed a food journal to record what you put in your body and at
what time over the course of 3-5 days.
Your Private Nutritionist will use this information to provide 1 on 1 coaching based on your goals. This package is designed to
be integrated into your existing weekly schedule. Sessions with Mixx Private Nutritionists are interchangeable with Private
Training sessions and are billed at your normal training rate.
Pricing:
Current WHG clients: billed at normal training session rates.
New clients of WHG: 1/2 hour consultation - $ 65 + tax or 1 hour consultation - $90 + tax

Complete Nutrition Coaching Package
A 2-month program offering ongoing coaching, in-depth dietary analysis, and coach-client accountability.

that you may be sabotaging your training sessions by eating the wrong foods?
Are you training for an athletic event or working to control a health issue?
Do you need someone to be accountable to in order to reach your goals?
If so, this package is for you! Research has shown that those who are accountable for their actions and follow a structured
well-designed plan experience greater success. This 2 month package includes an initial assessment, complete dietary analysis, teaching session, Urban Fare grocery store visit, weekly emails and 3 x 1/2 hour follow up sessions. Our Private Nutritionist will personalize scientifically researched strategies to help you reach your ideal weight and maximize the potential of your training sessions.

Urban Fare Store Tour
Meet Crystal at Mixx and head down to Urban Fare for a 45 minute tour of the store to learn how to read product labels, better understanding confusing ingredients and product claims. After this tour you will have greater confidence that you're choosing
the healthiest food for you and your family, and choosing foods that will best complement your training.
Pricing: Urban Fare Tours run once a month and are free to Mixx Clients and their immediate family.
